Family fun for Spring Half-Term at Warwick Arts Centre

Look out for Zog and more flying into Warwick Arts Centre this February break!

There’s plenty to keep families occupied this Spring Half-Term at Coventry’s Warwick Arts Centre, including classical music and the arrival of the mighty Zog!

Zog and The Flying Doctors (24-27 Feb 2022) is the roar-some sequel to the best-selling Zog, by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler.

For his second adventure Zog, the super keen student turned air-ambulance, still lands with a crash-bang-thump. With his Flying Doctor crew – Princess Pearl and Sir Gadabout – they tend to a sunburnt mermaid, a unicorn with one too many horns, and a lion with the flu. But Pearl’s uncle, the King, has other ideas about whether princesses should be doctors, and she’s soon locked back up in the castle, in a crown and a silly, frilly dress!

Will Pearl prove princesses can be doctors too?

This new adaptation is bought to the stage by Freckle Productions, the team behind such hits as Stick Man, Zog, Tabby McTat and Tiddler and Other Terrific Tales.

Alongside Zog’s adventures, the Arts Centre will also be hosting two classical music concerts – Chineke! Orchestra (23 Feb 2022) and My First Concert (24 Feb 2022) – while fun-packed animated musical Sing 2 (19-25 Feb 2022) smashes into the cinema.
